Kara joined Beyond Home Health Care Services in August 2026 as a Program Manager, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the social services field. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience in leadership and supervision in the social services field. Kara’s professional background also includes working in group homes and residential treatment facilities, where she supported individuals with disabilities and substance use disorders.
Most recently, she served as a Senior Case Manager for individuals receiving disability waiver services. In this role, Kara was dedicated to helping individuals identify and achieve their personal goals while ensuring they received the support and resources needed to thrive. Kara is passionate about providing person-centered care and is committed to ensuring that the individuals served by Beyond Home Health Care Services receive the highest quality of support. She aims to lead with compassion, respect, and a genuine dedication to empowering others. Outside of work, Kara enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
